Property has failed to resolve a double-charge for an extra (3rd) night, does not return phone calls, does not reply on the Hotels.com website property contact feature. It’s been more than 10 days. The ESA 800 number has been zero help. Also - Breakfast is limited - just pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. Renovations were underway, so the first floor room I requested could not be fulfilled. Good safety on stairwells however.

Room was nice. House keeping did a great job and were always willing to get us whatever we needed or were out of. The majority of the staff were exceptional. They were doing renovations so that hindered on a few things like room bookings being messed up and the laundry room losing power to dryers several times IN THE MIDDLE of driving clothes

Staff very courteous....oom clean but some cosmetic repairs could be made

Yes, that air conditioner was fine and the packing was also fine. The only thing that I was very concerned about and very upset was the TV did not work correctly. I thought it was just the batteries, but it ended up being something wrong with the TV.
