Yes, that air conditioner was fine and the packing was also fine. The only thing that I was very concerned about and very upset was the TV did not work correctly. I thought it was just the batteries, but it ended up being something wrong with the TV.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my stay. I am very happy with the accommodation, and all associates have been extremely helpful throughout my time here. I initially booked a studio apartment, and the stove was not functioning properly. I reported the issue, and the associate addressed it promptly and professionally. When I first arrived; I had the worst room. I stayed there for two days until they had changed it. The second room was much better, but the refrigerator and radiator were very loud; I could hardly hear the television. Also, the room was very small.
