Very Dissapointing The place is depressing and not well maintained. They don't provide towels or room cleaning for a two night stay. Should not be listed as an option for people looking for a regular hotel. Beware.

Not great.... Wasn't too impressed.... Upon entering my room the lights did not work. I found that I had to jar the light-switch back and forth in order for it turn on. The carpets consistenly felt damp due to the humidity. The set up of the room was awful and I didn't want to touch anything because it felt like they were old & unclean furnishings. The morning of my first stay I get a knock on the door for maintenance. I told the knocker that I did not request maintenance, but he said that everyone needed to have their room ... read more

Buyer Beware The rooms were old. The furniture and bedding were from the 1980's. The kitchen was also outdated. Was not informed that I was receiving a smoking room. Would not recommend to people who want to enjoy their hotel room. If it is a place to sleep and thats all, its okay at best.

Awful experience, very poorly maintained hotel. I never feel that I have to write a review until I lived in this place - it is a residential type hotel, took me a couple of rounds to be convinced of its building and front door, which look more like a college dorm building. Then the first room they gave me had the smoke detector alarm beeping all the time (in addition to some disgusting dirty stuff on the phone when I used it to call the receptionist about the alarm). Disgusting and rank, sleep in your car. This hotel was the dirtiest, filthiest most disgusting place I have seen. I would bet that many crack dens and meth cookers places are cleaner. There was mold growing on the trim in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, there were cigarette ashes burnt into the toilet seat and unkown stains on the walls. Not at all happy staying at Extended Stay America in Woubourn,MA Based on the customer ratings of 3 star, I decided to book 2 rooms at this hotel but was very disappointed with my stay. Both rooms were deluxe 1 queen bed studio which I felt was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Toilets were clocking frequently with plungers that were so old that hardly did their job.Carpet was very old and dirty and had some sticky stuff. Not worth the low price The lady at the front desk here was lovely, and the hotel was convenient to major highways (93, 95, 128). Technically, it was well cleaned. But, everything just seemed gross. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and someone was smoking in the hall. The walls were thin. The mattresses were hard. The towels, tissues, sheets, etc were all thin and scratchy.
