Nice hotel When we arrived at the hotel there were no one at the front desk we waited for like 10 minutes we looked around for someone there was a lady there but occupied we told her we ready to check in she ignored us and continue doing what she was doing that was the worst customer service ever

I don't recommend I booked this hotel for my parents visiting the area for one night. I was embarrassed to learn that they had a difficult time checking in, were put in a smoking room (I specifically requested a non-smoking room), and to top it off they said they found lingerie hanging in the bathroom!!! The hotel thankfully had a non-smoking room available (sans lingerie) to move them to, but I definitely will NOT be making a reservation here again in the future.
Great for industrial worker not business or family This is a great Hotel for someone working on the road who needs a place to sleep. I would not recommend for a family or female traveler. The Hotel has nothing to rave about. Cheap furniture, so so bed not over the top clean. I usually stay at The Residence Inn and htis Hotel doesn't even come close.

Undesirable stay The hotel is run down and smells of smoke, hallways and rooms. Would not recommend to anyone.

While we do offer smoking rooms on the third floor of the building, we try to ensure any smoke smell is contained to that area. If we failed at that, I apologize. Smelly room The room was dirty - had bugs and smelled like onions. The hotel was full so we werent able to get another room. Management provided a voucher for a free stay.

Good and bad There are two hotels called Extended Stay America in the Woburn area of Boston. We went to the wrong one by mistake, but the very nice young man on the front desk (Abdul) was most helpful and sorted us out.. When we eventually got to the right hotel we were told that although we had booked a non-smoking room (several months previously) none was available. The receptionist was apologetic, but the smoking room we got was very unpleasant.
Beds The king size bed was so hard I'm sure I would have slept better on a concrete slab. Overall, the rooms were quite nice.
