Stolen Item My stay here was fine to non-descript initially. No problems until an item was left behind. I called within hours of checkout but was told the item was not there. Certainly it's our mistake for leaving it behind but the tablet was later traced back to one of the employees who had broken it. Will definitely not be returning to stay where the staff is so dishonest.

DISAPPOINTED VERY DISAPPOINTING. WE STAYED THERE ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. THERE WAS A LINGERING SMELL IN THE HALLWAY. THERE WAS A CIGARETTE BURN MARK ON THE BLANKET. THE RUG AT THE FRONT DESK WAS JUST AS DIRTY WHEN WE LEFT AS WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE WOULD HAVE CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION IF IT HADN'T BEEN PAID FOR IN ADVANCE THROUGH HOTELS.COM

Left out in the cold! Showed up to hotel late at night. No one was in the lobby to let me and my family in despite reservation having been made. Called parent company who could not arrange for us to get in. Ended up in another hotel after waiting to be allowed in.

no sleep at all fumes from one of a five part process to make meth was pumped it the walls, when tube pulled out of wall pressure release from wall makes a loud crack noise every time if pulled out to fast all Extended stays are in on it
Go somewhere else Go somewhere else. Everything here, starting with customer service is so bad so bad I don't even have a word to say what's like. Rude, disrsicpectul, careless, no worth your money.

Pay the extra 10 bucks Old, worn down facility with bare bones amenities. Cheaper than most but ... Pay the extra ten bucks to get into a dece t place.

Bad Experience - Bed previously slept in!!! I was initially given a room that appeared all made over until I pull back the bed cover and found that it had just been straightened and not changed. I was truly disgusted. This has never happened to me before and I have had over 40 hotels nights a year for decades. The desk person said that likely made a mistake, but I cant see how that happens.
