Hotel Staff Hotel staff were very accommodating and made sure special needs were met. Room was clean. When we asked for glasses and fresh towels the next day they supplied them immediately.

Not worth 150 a night. One of the three rooms smelled terrible. Complained when I got there. They were supposed to do something nothing was done or if it was it didn't work. Complained again In the morning the supervisor basically just said ok and ignored the fact that it clearly was an issue. Beds were very uncomfortable, it says complimentary breakfast. It's bad muffins and coffee. Next time I come to Boston I will pay the extra to stay closer to tlwn.

Nope Staff seemed to care less you are there. Coffee room had a movie playing not at all family friendly. At one time there was a stove in the room, it was gone and raw floor and wall exposed. Probably never go back.
