The worse of the worse I almost has a heart attack when I walk in discounting I has to leave and ask for a refund I have never seen something like this

Sofa bed mattress is terribly thin and uncomfortable, unacceptable. This room is not suitable more than 2.

Always something … Good value for what you get generally. Though prices had spiked for this weekend. I have started here a few times. It could be cleaner but isn't that bad. But there are always one or two things wrong with the room. Last time the toilet didn’t go down and the bathroom in general wa super dark. This time the room smelled - especially when the AC came on. The room is outdated. The door does not lock from the outside. We have to take turns going in and out of the room just so that the door is not ajar. There are random people walking and talking out loud. Early the next morning at around 4 AM there was a loud banging on the adjacent door that made us all awake only to find out that the woman left her key inside. They are not only understaffed but also the staff are not knowledgeable of the amenities of their own hotel.

This property is infested with bedbugs. I was bit during the night. Upon inspection of the bed, located multiple bed bugs. Incident was video recorded for record. Found needles in the parking lot. Hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Vents have not been cleaned. a/c was filthy. Furniture was torn and broken apparently from a dog or animal. Very disappointed.
