The woman at the front was very nice on check in. The stars at 3 is way off this place is a dump the room was so dirty I couldn’t sleep and left in the middle of the night their was hair all over the linen the towels were all stained and gross. There was no shampoo and conditioner it was just disgusting. All of the kitchen items have to be asked for at the front desk like plates cups silverware. The fridge was so loud should be replaced. People also may be living here the hallway smelled of all kinds of cooking at 9pm.

there was only one person working at the hotel, the room keys did not work and anytime we left the room. We would have to go to the front desk to have her let us in the room so we decided not to stay. The rooms were very, very, very dirty and it was very unsafe so so we didn’t stay and it was very uncomfortable

Smells like pot everywhere. All wall decorations missing, just empty hooks on the wall. Paid for a king, got a queen. Not a real breakfast. Just a grab and go, no seating. Cabinets in kitchen area broken and missing doors. No remote for TV.

Check in took 20 mins. 1 worker and she has to walk everyone to their rooms individually because the key card system is down and she can’t get ahold of corporate to fix the issue. Rooms are ran down and filthy.

The room was dirty. The toilet only worked intermittently. The shower/tub did not drain. Several cabinets were missing doors. There was no front desk attendant when I checked in (9:30pm) and I had to wait roughly 30 minutes for someone to show up. There was no front desk attendant at check out (7:30am) either. The hotel was cheap for the location. I guess the old saying of "you get what you pay for" is true for this establishment. I will not be staying here in the future, no matter how convenient the location is.

The room was dirty there were take out cups dirty used soap from the last person and the bed was not fully made.
