When we got there the front desk gave us a key once we got to our room, the room was dirty. The room didn’t feel clean, stains on the carpet. The room above us had kids running above us the whole day. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

the worst possible experience

Not as advertised. Dirty, room smelled. People purchasing drugs in the parking lot. People loitering on drugs sitting in the ground. Not safe no security or amenities.

Front desk was nice however seemed bothersome to request cooking items. First room I was given wasn't even clean then the second room smelled like smoke reported it to the front desk again requested cooking utensils and pots and pans Etc to be delivered to the room returned late that night to none of the amenities being delivered AC was leaking on the carpet cabinet door knobs falling off while looking for pots and pans lots of dings and dents in walls and doors Etc in the room bottom drawer missing from dresser/TV stands. This property wasn’t bad for our severe lack of funds, however when my partner went downstairs to confirm of extended reservation, both the manager and the worker verified that we paid for three days. The day before we were due to leave, we were told we should have checked out. My partner explained that I was here as the result of my Mom and I arriving to Boston by med-evac and that my mom was on life support. They showed very little concern for our situation.
