Needs major overhaul The rooms are big, but there's an always-broken recliner at one wall and a 20" old tv all the way across the room. The staff did respond when I reported that my chair was broken (all lop-sided), but they brought me another just like it! Clearly, visibly broken! Then they tried with a third chair that finally was functional. All the chairs and TVs need replacing.
