ok Hotel interior is ok. But they did not provide water in the room. neither they had a cafeteria or breakfast service. They charge $5 extra for internet usage.

Not upto the mark We went to niagara falls so location of the hotel is good staff were friendly

Almost decent. Staff was okay. Elevators didn't work. I found the beds to be uncomfortable.

You're on Your Own The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. However, the desk staff leaves after 11pm and your on your own until 7am. Also, you don't truly get a smoke free floor or room. As a matter of fact many rooms on the second floor which was deemed non-smoking had individuals smoking pot and using other smoking aides.

Hotel not meant to be? The hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning. The room was smelly and we have to deodorize it ourselves since the desk clerk said the other customers do it themselves. I think this is a reflection of poor service and inefficient staff. If I only had a choice to go somewhere else at that time, I won't be staying at this hotel. Does not deserve to be called a hotel.

Would never stay here again Absolutely awful! Dirty, dark, and grimy. Also, some of the guests were smoking marijuana the entire time!

traveller beware This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this location, wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt after a marginal experience last year....I had forgotten one key complaint that I had previously: when you stay at a hotel with kitchenettes you should expect to smell food....but based on the stink in the hallways, I wonder if you could qualify that as food odors...Room above me had a screaming kid in it that started jumping and running across my ceiling at 7AM...called the front desk and was ... read more

Don't waste your money!!! This hotel is very deceiving, looks new and very nice in pictures but once you get inside, it's disappointment 100%. I walked into my room to imediately find the cuboard door hanging off it's hinges, it doesn't look like the top of the frig has been cleaned since the hotel was built, the room had a very bad odor, had to go to walmart down the street to buy Lysol and spray down everything . Misty Waterfall The room was quiet. But there were no Shampoo, hair dryer. I'm sure I could have had one from the front desk. The Wi-Fi internet connection was very slow. The front desk was very courteous.
