Not very happy We did not have a very good review of this hotel..Even though the staff was very good..The room we had was not very good at all..When we arrived we had a shower and noticed that the tub was not draining. We thought it would have eventually emptied. But to our shock by the time we were ready to have another shower the next morning the water was still in the tub.. We were not very happy about the thought of stepping into used , dirty , cold water but we had not choice to have a shower.. It did not make our stay ... read more

never again We ordered a non smokeing room. When we complained it smelled badly of someone smoking, we were told it was a non smokeing room. That was a total lie. It stunk so bad we couldnt stand being in it. That wasnt bad enough,at 8:00 am construction started above us. Banging hammering and such. All in all ,a very bad stay.

place to avoid! Do not believe the reports about this hotel if they say anything other than avoid it. You drive past a Holiday Inn and a Sleep Inn to get to this hotel, save your gas choose one of those. It was awful.... You have been warned!

Extended stay, America, Amherst, Buffalo, ny One of worst leaving experience in my. Life. Since we have a infant with us, we wanted to have a room with cooking facility. But due to lack of proper pans, we are forced to buy our lunch and dinner. What we payed almost double then a hotel with continental breakfast. Rooms were having filth old smelling carpets with sports. Food stuffs were lying benith the sofa and beds. Cheap, but not worth the price. Perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Better to pay more than to stay here.

Dirty with no amenities The room smelled horrible. We just figured we needed to turn on the air and open a window. The next day we found two huge bags of trash under the kitchenette sink and an old bowl of food next to the bed. I don't think the picture on the web site is even the same hotel. Internet wasn't free. We will never go back.
