First time at this hotel but very disappointed. First thing welcomes us in our room was funky smell. Then I have to request to change our pillow case right away because those pillows smells like sweat from somebody. Wall is too thin so we could hear anything around our room including other people talking especially night time. I smell food through bathroom ventilation because some guest next room was cooking food. The only good thing about is I can keep my dog with me in the room all the time.($25/ day extra). The Hotel looks nice, rooms are nice, but most smell bad, we had 5 different rooms in our group and all had a bad smell. Beds were small, only double beds. Rooms were not super clean but were not super dirty either, felt better keeping our shoes on. It was nice to have the kitchen, and it was close to all the shops. Not a bad place to stay, but if I had the choice in the future I would pick a different hotel before this one. But I would stay here again if it was the only choice.

When a National Brand does not hold locally For starters the hotel did not honor the room type that we booked. They did not say anything so we found out when we walked into a very tired looking room. We returned to the front desk and their answer was we are fully booked. The fact that we had paid already for a queen size room was irrelevant and the front desk staff was extremely rude. The worst rooms ever seen .... Full of smell. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms and full hotel was full of smell . I think they never shampooed the carpets.

Smelly rooms and corridors Sheets were old and were pale white and didn't smell good. This is the first time I have seen hotel rooms without bright white sheets.

visiting family this hotel is just OK. Not sure why it cost $100 plus to stay in a hotel that is somewhat old and dark and provides no services. You have to ask for new towels and there is no room cleaning , etc. I would expect more for the money. I will not go back there. I would rather spend another 30 dollars and get my room cleaned and a breakfast, etc. This hotel is not something I would recommend. Lots of truck drivers and tour buses parked around here. Enough said. JIM

Horrible horrible horrible. 1st room broken AC. Second room stunk of cigarette smoke This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in!

NOT noisey parking lot at night, little management oversight, wont stay there again
