Great Service, rooms needs updating Hotel looks great outside, lobby, hallways were very clean. However once we opened the door to our room we were not impressed. Mattresses were old, no bed skirts, cigarette burn on blanket (non-smoking room)The room was passable for one night (I have low standards...) but I probably wouln't go back. Staff were very accomodating however.

good for the price overall, a decent quiet place to stay if you want a place to crash on your way to a destination. there are lots of restaurants and fast food places around. the room was clean and nice, but don't expect a five-star room.

convenient to restaurants and shopping The only problem was that the room was one that is cleaned after 7 days and the garbage was still under the sink and also the toilet was not cleaned properly. We were on the first floor.

place to avoid! Do not believe the reports about this hotel if they say anything other than avoid it. You drive past a Holiday Inn and a Sleep Inn to get to this hotel, save your gas choose one of those. It was awful.... You have been warned!

Stay My husband and I came down to Buffalo, for 2 reasons. Our 25th wedding anniversay and black friday, and when I saw the picture of the hotel it looked very nice which it was. Its very simple the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was the mattress was too soft, so maybe you need to check them all out as we did not sleep very well. Other than that we would stay their again.

Extended stay, America, Amherst, Buffalo, ny One of worst leaving experience in my. Life. Since we have a infant with us, we wanted to have a room with cooking facility. But due to lack of proper pans, we are forced to buy our lunch and dinner. What we payed almost double then a hotel with continental breakfast. Rooms were having filth old smelling carpets with sports. Food stuffs were lying benith the sofa and beds.
