Stay was comfortable, but our heating and cooling system did not work properly and it gave off a weird odor. Also, when I was pulling back the bedsheets, I thought I saw a bedbug also for there wasn’t much to offer us in the coffee was terrible. stay comfortable for a short trip, but not sure if we would come back, check in with friendly and nice by the staff, however

Great location with multiple name brand hotels in close proximity. Lots of dining options off of Prospect as well as the Mall nearby. Area felt safe and plenty of free parking. The free breakfast was instant oatmeal packets, packaged muffins or Nutrigrain bars you grab and go…no dining space. Coffee was always available at the front. Our one complaint would be multiple tech issues with the card key. One day it would open outer door and the next it wouldn’t. Or, it wouldn’t open the room door.
