Good for the money They don't clean your room daily, but there is a kitchenette. It is good if you are going to be in town a few days

Shower was dirty and drain was clogged!! They came and supposedly ”fixed” the drain and left the shower nastier and didn’t want to change our room!! Had to threaten with calling corporate!!

I reserved room here last moment before boarding flight to Chicago at 11 pm est. i left a note for my late checkin at expedia. i cud reach here at 3:30am ct and was not let to checkin due to the hotel policy. I am asking for refund - hope they dont trouble me.

No comments with the staff. Our predicament focused on the atmosphere within the hotel. The thing that my family of 7 (include an ER doctor with a child and a nurse) were all non-smokers experienced an itchy throat and coughing at the instance entering the rooms. The late night check in process was unnecessary. They lock the door and you have to call a national reservation center to confirm your reservation before they open the door. Then the front desk attendant has to come down the hall to open the front desk to check you in. Why don't they lock the front door and have the front desk attendant buzz guests in?

I ordered a handicap accessible room since my husband is disabled and they didn't have one. Gave us a normal room with excuses about how they only have 5 rooms. No hand rails or walk in shower. The night staff was horrible. Day staff were good.
