no amenities, tiny beds that they call queen, no hair dryer, no lobby, no workout room, dirty

Dirty sheets and pillow cases Checking in was easy and ok. There were 6 pillows in the room and all were dirty. Either stains or hair on pillow cases. Sheets are also not changed and dirty. Asked front desk to change but there were nobody doing housekeeping. They changed our room. It was ok but mattress’s are so so. Breakfast is grab-n-go style. Just few options (granola bar or muffin) Paid $101 for a night. I would recommend pay may be 20 more and get a decent hotel.

Not good Strange smell. Cheap stuff inside. Bad breakfast.

Not pleased I made the mistake of reserving a room on the wrong day. I understand the hotel policy of not carrying that reservation forward one day. But it was still disappointing.

The towels had stains trash underneath the chair and bed dust everywhere only good thing was two of the employees was very nice

Not worth spending money on What a waste of money. Unfortunately it was one of the only hotels with rooms available that weekend. Now I know why. The kitchenette had nothing in the cabinets. Why is there a kitchenette if I need to bring everything? We had to go to Target to get cups for drinks. Then the hotel doesn’t even have an ice machine. What hotel doesn’t have an ice machine? They also don’t have a business center for us to print something. I guess we did have a roof over our heads, but I expect more for $150.

Floor in bathroom very dirty. Had a fall in our room due to the chairs on wheels and staff did not care or offer any assistance.

A graduation weekend trip Although we had been traveling to Urbana for 3 years to visit my son while in graduate school, we had never stayed at the Extended Stay. I had stayed at several others while on business and while our home was being remodeled. So I had certain expectations of Extended Stay.
