Did not appreciate arriving to my room being wide open when i got back from work the day after check in...maintenance changed the mirror in the bathroom with improper notice & got drywall dust all over my personal belongings including MY TOOTHBRUSH....was woke at 5am to the building fire alarm because someone burnt their breakfast....

Made everyone staying show id. Tv in middle of room ready to fall over. Parking if you go to dinner is out in the street. Desk service is not efficient. First stay room was not prepared for us No soap no shampoo. Kitchen in mode of being cleaned. I would not stay here again.

One is supposed to buy with complete confidence with you and go safely to the hotel, but this particular hotel takes 50 dollars from you to enter, which they say they will later return.But if by chance you don't have them, you're left on the street because even if you've paid for your stay, they won't let you in.

The parking lot is small and we had to park on the street at our own risk of being towed. Great perk for customers. Tiny bar of soap. Tiny tiny bottle of shampoo. Room was decent. Toilet looked like a gorilla had beaten on it all night. Not worth what you pay at all.

Parking is terrible.
We were told expedia overbooked and they don’t have any room to accommodate us. So we had to find another hotel at 9:30 pm and pay extra to stay for the night.
Overbooked no space and I’m was charged
