Hotel was dated and there was no covered area to off load your luggage. Of course it was raining when we arrived. We had issues with the door lock and had to go threw several keys to get it to work. The rooms carpet was damp and appliances were dented and dirty. On a positive note the staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel is also pet friendly.

Great Customer Service Our air conditioning had stopped working in our room. We went to the front desk and they very promptly moved us to another room without any issues. That's customer service!

Overall good The dishwasher was leaking and I felt the place could’ve been cleaned better but overall it was okay staff was nice they did give me the wrong room I booked a double bed and got just one bed
