Clean
Some of the bedding, mattresses on pullout couch especially could use replacing. Was clean and staff was super helpful.
The carpets did not look clean and dead bugs was on the floor. The beds were not comfortable and hard. The water in the shower came out slowly.
Very close from the Int. Airport, restaurants, and shoppings .
The customer service was outstanding bed was comfortable rooms smelled and looked clean The hallways kinda had a strange smell and occasionally smelled like the devil's lettuce but that's to be expected. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
Decent No Frills Hotel Stayed there at the end of our visit to Charleston because its close to the airport (unfortunately there is no shuttle). Decent hotel right by the outlet mall and some restaurant. If you go, stay at the one with 5045 address, not the 5049 which is nearby (also an Extended Stay). The 5049 is disgusting.
It's not about fashion the place but I'm just used to a level of cleanest and this place definitely didn't fit the description no trash can and it just had a old meal smell to it carpet with dirt as well
