There’s a lot of seemed like homeless people staying at the place
The convenience was great, but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing.
worst hotel! The hotel sucks. Got delayed at airport needed a room, booked online only to call and find out have to check in before 1 am or hotel is locked down and not fighting to get refund.
Terrible experience with Staff, Room was good. We stayed there for three nights, and below is our feedback. pros: 1. room was clean, and as per description. 2. Close to airport and gas station, Walmart, outlets from shopping pov. 3. distance from Charleston downtown is ok - 20 mins drive minimum to go to any spot. CONS: 1. Customer service was very terrible. Don't recommend for family. Very Bad smell, dirty, bathroom doors don't work, fridge is unplugged. Overall terrible experience.

The property was unkept and there were bugs everywhere, including the bed, refrigerator, and microwave.
