Though staff said it was freshly cleaned, the room was not clean. There was a weird substance on the floor that got tracked all over the room whenever we walked. Multiple roaches in the room. Ms. Asia at the front desk during the daytime was very helpful. But the other front desk staff were not. We got caught in traffic and called to request a late check in. Ive seen some pretty rough hotel rooms in my career industry, but this has topped the list. I have stayed in an Extended stay before and had a quite pleasant experience, so I chose to again. Day shift staff were rude and unprofessional. The room was unkept, with dead roaches in the bathtub and smelled of marijuana. Upon arrival it took almost an hour and 1/2 to even get to the room because we had to wait for the manager to arrive because the night shift employee was asleep in a room. Do NOT recommend.

My door was kicked in and looked like they tried putting lock bock on but the lock was unlockable, I was supposed to be checked in for two days but I checked out an hour after my check in… still haven’t had anyone respond to any of my messages even Expedia.

Front desk was rude and said they couldn’t find my reservation - my room was ready but they made me come back after 3 anyway - the rooms around me were loud until all hours of the night
