The room smelled terrible, there was actually a cockroach on one of the beds, staff not very pleasant, bathroom was very unpleasant, very umsafe feeling throught the parking lot. If we weren’t so exhausted and didn’t have an extremely early flight, we definitely would’ve found other accommodations.

It is filthy, bed bug and roach infested, dirty and run down. The smell of pot can be sensed strongly in the hallways. The only positive thing is that the staff were helpful.

Please know that despite being charged for the night stay, we could not check in at the hotel at 11:30pm because the hotel front desk was closed. I have taken pictures of the closed front desk with a board stating that the person will return soon. I waited for about half-an-hour or longer before calling the Extended Stay telephone 1 843-740-3440 on my itinerary page, but the person on phone could not locate the front desk person either.
