The stay was horrible. My self and a family member reached hotel a little after check on. So I go to the representative at the front desk give her my name and info fine. She swipes my card gives me the keys. We go upstairs and it’s a 1 bed ? I go to the girl and say my reservation was for two beds and 1 pull out Cousy . She goes oh yeah we changed your reservation at 2 pm.?? No sleep The bedding was awful. The mattress on the bed was completely shot and no sleeping position was comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was worse- a thin cover over wire springs.

For starters I spent 30 minutes waiting in the lobby because there was no one to check people in. The room had cockroaches

Nice check-in person but very dirty The person who checked us in Patients was super friendly and was awesome but that is about all that was good. There was no grab and go breakfast. That is the reason we chose to stay here over another hotel so we would have coffee and a small something on the way to the airport. They did not even have coffee. If they are not going to do the grab and go breakfast they should say so on the booking. They used covid as the reason they were not doing it. I am not sure how getting a cup of coffee... read more
