This property should be torn down and replaced with a new hotel. The price was 4 times greater than the quality of the room.

Strangers in our room... First off, when entering “our” room, we found sheets on the ground, Pepsi bottles and lights on. We quickly exited as it looked like someone was still in there. Then we were given another room that didn’t have two queens but yet had a pull out sofa. The pull-out was a twin size. Everything was dirty and sticky. We left and found another hotel down the road.

Had trouble locking the room door the breakfast advertised was coffee and granola bars shower curtain rod hanging by two screws ready to fall off and the window guard was removed from third-floor window maintenance needs to improve room 329

The room was dirty I didn’t get any notice of breakfast and when I asked for somewhat of a refund the staff member gave me attitude

Room 337 has stained carpet, roaches in the bathroom, holes in the coverlet, flies everywhere and the refrigerator has not been cleaned... I asked for a 1st floor room due to my disability and was given a 3rd floor room... Had to use a laundry cart to move our luggage... I will never book with this hotel ever again...

Flights were delayed so we stayed at hotel near airport, had a terrible experience, rooms were noisy, no blankets, many things missing from room, hairdryer missing

Worst hotel ever staff didn't care. The surrounding areas were alright very busy and difficult to move around but aome noce attractions. Hotel, room was dirty stove top was broke was blood on inside shower curtain found cockroaches in bathroom when attempted to lock door discovered bolt lock was broke and the security latch was broke looked as tho room door had been kicked-in. arrived there no rooms available thanks was contacted by phone day ahead of full rooms sent to other hotel which u recommended no reservations for family
