The room smelled when we came in and the TV was on. Stains on the sheets, stain on the mattress on the pull-out sofa. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. Bugs in room. Toilet didn't flush more than it did. Hallway smelled like vomit. Coffee bar only had 1 flavor coffee. Would not stay here again.

Poor choice for a hotel We stayed in this hotel because of a vacation to Charleston. We were trying to save some money on eating out, so having a kitchen there was a great deciding point in reserving the room. However, only one burner (the large one) worked, the trash compactor was sporadic, the ice maker didn't work (there were no ice machines in the place), the toaster was dead, the water faucet was very powerful (sprayed each one of us at some point of our stay) and the TV in the living room didn't work. Not great There was barely any AC, the toilet wouldn’t flush all the time, and the shower was broken and would make a loud noise when we went to turn it off.

You get what you pay for. The room itself was fine- like a typical extended stay. However, they put us in a room with a toilet that only worked if you held down the lever for several minutes. Staff were often not present at the front desk, and when we tried to call, they did not pick up the phone. My biggest issue is that we left something in the room when we left (we knew exactly where) and tried to call them later in the afternoon when we checked out of the hotel. This was my worst hotel experience ever. The halway carpet was dust filled, the elevator floor looked as if the last time it was mopped was months ago. The room smelled awful, the toilet was clogged with faeces, the shower floor was dirty, and to top it off, a roach came out to greet us. This hotel doesn't deserve to be listed on a trusted site like Expedia.
