The toilets backed up. Finally moved to another room. Bugs in the room. Never could get the front desk to answer. Had to walk down and look around. Never again Extended Stay.

Dirty rooms, Absent staff, Racist Employee When I arrived, I was informed that I needed to wait while the staff inspected the room. I don’t have a problem waiting for a clean room. The only problem was that the room wasn’t clean. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant and was when we got to the room. The room required considerable dusting. Dead bug in light fixture. Awful customer service. There as no staff at front desk available, so guest are left to figure out things on their own. Plus I'm being overcharged after confirming what my total amount was.

Did not get room that was booked , had 3 people with one queen bed . Had pull out bed that was dirty gross. The room smelled and was dirty. Shower had a crack in floor which almost cut foot on ,

i am talking about managment of hotels about chainging date on itenarary.they have all these fast computers and cant change a date, its not like sending it in the mail that might take 3 or 4 days it caused me a lot of time and plus all the times staying on hold on the phone and having to call them back...will not stay at extended stay america again.i will post to facebook to.what happend to custermer first ? this has nothing to do with expedia they were great.

We are very very disappointed in this hotel. The towels, pillows and carpet were dirty. There wasn’t any soap and the curtains were falling off due to the lack of hooks. When we went to check out there was no one there and we called and they said someone would be there a7. When 7 came no one was there and we had to catch a flight. Absolutely awful experience.
