Facility ups clean. Door hinge on fridge on wrong side making it difficult to access. Forgot my hair dryer. No loaner hair dryer at the desk. Towel bar handle fell off from the wall.

Never go here I arrived to the hotel to be told that they had overbooked and that my reservation was canceled. There was no discussion of helping to Locate another hotel Near by. It was hard to hear the night manager through the locked door. I was barred entry totally.

We were initially given a dirty room upon check in. There were crumbs and hair in the sheets and stains on the pillow cases and bed spread. The staff was nice about changing the room. Our next room was clean but still smelled weird and had a roach in the bathtub. The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs back and forth to have our issue resolved and request silverware and cups... even though there was a full kitchen, all of the dishes were kept at the front desk. The facility was dirty and dated overall.

Never Again at the Northwoods location!! I was charged a deposit of $250. I have stay in many extended stays and was never charged a deposit. Due to remodeling work being done in my home. When I called back customer care said the do not understand why I was charged and the posting is questionable as it's not listed as. Deposit on the receipt as it should be.

Elevator was out of order. The whole place reeked of cigarettes/marijuana.

Trouble at ESA I heard housekeeping in the hall. As I stepped out of the room, there were two ladies there. I made a request to have my room services by whom I assume was the housekeeping supervisor. Her response was shocking. What room are you in? When did you get here? Then she told me to bring my towels down to the laundry room.

Not worth a deposit Inside is clean but very unpleasing to the eye. Makes you feel like you have to take extra safety precautions. also after booking online i was surprised at check in with an unexpected deposit of 270 dollars just for having an in state ID. The service of the attendant was good. She answered all questions and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.
