Never Stay at a Extended Stay America Suites Long wait to check in, 15+ minutes. The room carpet was very dirty. Couch dirty and stains. Inside bathroom door had a hole in it. They didn't leave a extra roll of toilet paper. Had to wait to get another toll the desk. Little choice of breakfast items. Only regular coffee and no half&half cream. There was a strange smell throughout the building.

Last Stay Motel Insurance & Life Insurance Needed This hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The hallways reap and smelled very bad. I watch the staff in the laundry room smoking inside the linen room. The front desk clerk was either missing or outside congregating smoking a Cigarette. The rooms were dirty as well there were people grilling food in the parking lot Need I say anymore they need to shut this place down.

Incidental fee in the amount charged to my credit card and not taken off after one month. The room was left in the same condition as when I first entered the room. Maintenence called to fix the showerhead due to leakage, but as a guest, I should not be charged for that, plus the bathroom floor was not clean and one of the wall shelves was coming out of the wall. I brought these concerns to management, so I woild not be charged. That incidental fee is still on my credit card.
