Disgusting Dirty, Stench, Roaches Disgusting room staying with Roaches! Grease sticky dirty kitchen, surfaces and floors. Room stinks of stale grease and also marajuana. Couldn’t sleep all night, with migraine from stench. Grossly uncomfortable!! 😡

When I arrived, I was notified that my room had been given to someone else and there’s nothing they could do for me. It was a learning experience for me.

When we arrived, we were told they were booked up. Our reservation had been cancelled. We arrived at around 8pm. No heads up by email, nothing. We were directed to another extended stay across the highway. They had a room, but it was dirty and unpleasant. We stayed there because we were tired. We were supposed to recieve a refund from 1st hotel, never did. I will be calling their corporate office ASAP.
