Pretty laid back Check in around 8ish the front desk guy was pretty cool. Help me get sign in explain the details very cool guy. Had dreads I believe his name was Erik. Polite... the area was nice and quiet close by store,mall as well as food. Will be returning had a great weekend traveling with work. Was able to find some peace of mind lol
I liked the surrounding areas ... close to northlake mall
Hotel is an extended stay property so no daily maid service which would be fine if 3 of their washers were not out of order the whole time I was there. Only one elevator that was out of order for at least 24 hours. I checked out before it was fixed. No real problem if you are on the 1st floor but not the 3rd or 4th.
AfterHours Check was horrible I arrived from Michigan after 9pm waiting on the phone for over 45minutes to check in. When I called the new reservation line only then was I able to speak to someone. So what—because you already had my money my phone call to check in was not as important as someone who was trying to make a reservation. After driving 12 hours I shouldn’t not have had to wait 45 for someone to answer then phone then summon the onsight staff to check me in. Ridiculous!
It was relaxed and perfect for someone who likes simple !
