The front office clerk was rude, I didn’t know that if you checked in after 8:00 P.M. you have to use this pay phone to call for a clerk, it took the clerk almost 10mins to come to the lobby, and when he came he was rude almost as if I woke him up from his nap, he didn’t want to answer any of my questions, he printed the paper work and just placed it on the table with a pen and then placed the room keys beside it! Horrible customer service!!!!

It’s a hotel This place was fine. The common area was a little dirty and smelled a bit weird, but the room was clean. It did also smell weird though. Overall, this is a hotel. It has a bed and a shower. If that’s what you’re looking for, then it will suffice.

New hotel so everything is nice. The noise you hear from the other rooms (just above you or in hallway) was so loud hard to sleep in... sounded like the peeps staying upstairs were bowling every night. The floors in my room were not clean but when I complained, they did make it right by cleaning and also gave me a discount. Non smoking hotel which is a bonus!

New, clean,convenient to interstate. I would have liked coffee in room but it was available in the entrance. The shower was not hot and the water pressure was low.

About the coffee, if your visit permits we do offer in-room coffeemakers for sale at the Front Desk or can be purchased at a store locally. Some guests really enjoy this convenience esp. if they will be staying for a longer time. Otherwise we are glad the coffee in the lobby sufficed this time.
