Hotel is an extended stay property so no daily maid service which would be fine if 3 of their washers were not out of order the whole time I was there. Only one elevator that was out of order for at least 24 hours. I checked out before it was fixed. No real problem if you are on the 1st floor but not the 3rd or 4th.

AfterHours Check was horrible I arrived from Michigan after 9pm waiting on the phone for over 45minutes to check in. When I called the new reservation line only then was I able to speak to someone. So what—because you already had my money my phone call to check in was not as important as someone who was trying to make a reservation. After driving 12 hours I shouldn’t not have had to wait 45 for someone to answer then phone then summon the onsight staff to check me in. Ridiculous!

Overall a nice hotel.... a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

Contractor friendly location The place is very clean and friendly for a budget hotel, location is in the burbs, and the hotel is obviously a regular place for several contractors to stay while out on the job (perfect for my business needs). Newer finishes than I was expecting for a weekly hotel; just plan to pay for the high-speed internet connection or you can only connect one device for free using their standard wi-fi.
