It was fine. No paper nor coffee so minimal amenities but a good rate

Only thing I didn’t like is there is no morning amenities and and the room had an odd Oder but other than that I enjoyed my stay and will stay again

The staff’s equipment didn’t work and they were slow and fumbled with check in. The room was a pleasant surprise- clean, modern and sterile feel. The hallway stinks on the 4th floor so much that I overheard a cleaning lady state it. The laundry facility was clean.

Unsatisfied I had a great time until the morning I was leaving the front desk wanted to charge me for towels and wash rags.

Customer service could have been better. Didn’t like the service received at check in or check out. Even had a maintenance person knocking on my door to ask me if I was leaving before checkout time.
