we were very satisfied and comfortable. highly recommend more wash cloths and towels when guest recommend especially if we’re paying to stay at this nice place. it’s worth it. i can’t really complain.. very limited on wash cloths thou just in case you use theirs or bring your own & run out. if you ask for more they’ll tell you they don’t have extra. the elevator is 50/50 bc it give me creeps if it’ll work like it suppose to. maybe someone was holding the elevator bc it took 15mins for us to get access to it after checking in... read more

Okay for the night A large cockroach 🪳 had to be killed upon entering the room by my 10 yo grandson. The TV was disconnected and we had to figure it out. There was not enough towels or wash clothes for our family and the front desk does not stay open 24hrs and they do not carry toothbrushes. I can't imagine sleeping on that mattress for more than a night. It was not good for my back. The value, it was cheap for the night. The AC worked well, it was definitely cool. Pleasant There was no night front desk service I had to go in through a cracked door just to get in. Lucky I ran into a employee that helped me check in but I had no card for my room or anything. Nothing other than where it was located . Very bad service.
