Beautiful, brand new hotel. I called prior to check-in due to my need for late check-in. I arrived just before 10:00 as they were about to lock the doors. David was wonderful and welcoming. I went up to my room, but it had never been cleaned/ turned over. Phone did not work, so I went back down, and got another room. It wasn’t set up to use yet. I turned air on, used restroom, but there was no water in toilet to flush. I figured out how to make it work. There was no one there to help. When checking out at 6:30 AM, no one on ... read more
