Hotel was overbooked even though I paid prior to arrival... They sent us away....It was after midnight..............

Walked in the lobby and it immediately smelled like cigarette (and some other kind of) smoke

Half star hotel It was HORRIBLE! I had to wait at the desk for 30 minutes before staff came from running errands in hotel. The young lady was left to so much stuff, she could not complete anything without stopping another. After getting checked in, my 1st room's bathroom was noticeably dirty. Same overwhelmed front desk lady found another room which had a bad smell but clean sheets and bathroom. I would have left but there was a no refund policy and couldn't afford the loss.
