Ready to Rock at PNC When we arrived the toilet was clogged. We went to a concert and got back and toilet was still clogged. Nobody on duty. Waited for ever to get someone in to unstop. The guy said we had dogs and that’s why he didn’t enter. We told them dogs were going to be fine. And they would bark but would be ok. They said they didn’t know we had dogs. Ugh. Terrible service. Also dog fee is hidden in fine print. Don’t go by the pictures that indicate pets are ok. Like all the other pictures.

The staff was kind and generous, however the neighbors were playing loud music into the night. Seems to be popular with people who club from out of town, would not recommend for a family with small children.
