Advertised as extended stay, but no kitchen supplies—no silverware, plates, cups, pots or pans. No luggage cart, no ice, no coffee, and nobody at the desk most of the time. Worst of all the fire alarm went off 4 times starting at 4:30 am, had to stand outside til the fire department cleared the building. All false alarms.

Nothing We would not stay and left. It’s been 10 business days and still have not received my refund.

Our room had mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and exposed wiring in the bedroom where the missing smoke detector should have been. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a no-smoking hotel. The hallways were littered with food and crumbs. The hotel locked its doors at 11 pm for security, but several of the doors either didn't shut and lock or were left propped open.

Deplorable Arrived at the hotel and they could not find a reservation. Gave them confirmation number and still couldn’t find my reservation! Room was Filthy. Entire hotel Reeked of marijuana. The room was filthy. People screaming in the halls. Had to return to front Dess three times before my key worked. Overall terrible experience!
