The only thing unique was how disgusting it was. Ive never in my life stayed at a place so unclean. We where willing to move hotels without a refund but unfortunately all in the area where booked up. Also witnessed about 7 other groups get told they didnt have a room for them even though the people had reserved rooms. The check in did not start at 3 pm as we where told. There was music coming from a room by the front desk that you could here all the way down the hall way.

When I first got to my room it was dirty and had bugs. I called the front desk an Emanuel was very prompt to change my room and make sure I hade an enjoyable stay. Kudos to Emanuel for being a great employee. I explained the issue, he listened and corrected the problem!

This property is absolutely overrated on Travelocity. This was the worst stay in the past several years. On Travelocity, it said the breakfast is included but it gave us just coffee and some trek bars. No other foods. No seats. This should not be regarded as "breakfast". It should be said just "snacks". So, my family had to go to a diner nearby. The room did not have a sofa nor coffee table. The bathtub didn't have a drain stopper, so I had to use a towel as a stopper. Check in was smooth and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room looked clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with air freshener. The hall way smelled strongly of pot and the surrounding rooms were very noisy. We left to head home at midnight just to not be there anymore.

Better cleaning needed ! Room seemed cleaned bed was made but when I pulled back the covers it was hair everywhere! Tub had a covering that looked dirty and when I actually looked it was a dirty hand print still on the wall of the shower.

The staff was very friendly and the room overall was clean. The main issue was the whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. No matter where you were in the hotel, it smelled like smoke. To the point I awoke with a headache.

Do not stay here for your safety Why Hotels.com list this hotel? This place may have been nice once before but it has been turned into a homeless people's gathered location. Most guests are staying there as temporary home. So much noize and scream though out the night, 2 police cars showed up and stayed half the night. Didn't have hair dryer (asked for but there wasn't). Asked for extra blanket and got an old 'curtain' instead. It was a horrible stay.
