Well when we arrived at 10:15 pm lady was leaving went back opened the window and checked us in. Went to room whole hotel smelled like weed. Checked in after a long day of burying my mother, too tired to drive back to NC shortly before 10 pm. The first room a dead roaches, nasty residue/build up on the wall under the ac, and food crumbs left in the kitchen area. The second room we were welcomed with more roaches. As I rolled the tissue out a roach jumped out. As I sat down to prepare to eat three roaches were running on the nightstand were I’d placed my food. Just not up to any standards. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up to put it nicely.

Was bitten by bed bugs while there will not be going back it has changed .. and they no longer serve any type of breakfast

the room was dirty the carpet was stained there were Roches in the bathroom towels were not clean and the shower was not clean. also the elevator didn't function normally.

I checked in August 8, 2024 and was supposed to stay until August 11, 2024. I was given room 131on my arrival. I took a shower and went to bed for the night. When i got up the next morning, i had round red spots on both of my arms, my thighs, and legs. I immediately went the the front desk to see the manager on duty. #1. The door to our room nearly fell of the hinges when we opened it. #2. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months - absolutely filthy. #3. The bathroom was soaking wet upon entering, the shower leaked all night, and there was black mold all over the ceiling.
