Well when we arrived at 10:15 pm lady was leaving went back opened the window and checked us in. Went to room whole hotel smelled like weed. Opened door to room it hung on floor and the door striker was missing door frame moved first step in room floors was sticky Carpet nasty not sure what was on them looked like blood stains and not sure what the white stuff on the walls was Walls had stains and dirt all over them Everything that was touched was sticky Ac unit made so much noise could not sleep bed an pillows where hard al... read more

Checked in after a long day of burying my mother, too tired to drive back to NC shortly before 10 pm. The first room a dead roaches, nasty residue/build up on the wall under the ac, and food crumbs left in the kitchen area. The second room we were welcomed with more roaches. As I rolled the tissue out a roach jumped out. As I sat down to prepare to eat three roaches were running on the nightstand were I’d placed my food. Just not up to any standards. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up to put it nicely.

Was bitten by bed bugs while there will not be going back it has changed .. and they no longer serve any type of breakfast

the room was dirty the carpet was stained there were Roches in the bathroom towels were not clean and the shower was not clean. also the elevator didn't function normally.

I checked in August 8, 2024 and was supposed to stay until August 11, 2024. I was given room 131on my arrival. I took a shower and went to bed for the night. When i got up the next morning, i had round red spots on both of my arms, my thighs, and legs. I immediately went the the front desk to see the manager on duty. I showed him my arms and said "something has eaten me up. It was bedbugs. He said "i will move you to another room. I went out to eat and returned. I was given room 105. #1. The door to our room nearly fell of the hinges when we opened it. #2. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months - absolutely filthy. #3. The bathroom was soaking wet upon entering, the shower leaked all night, and there was black mold all over the ceiling.
