Older property, ants everywhere, caulking around tub and floor coming off and up. Door frame of the bathroom and vent had dust and grime around it.

I was first put in room 106 the floor in room and bathroom was covered in dirt and hair. And the water in the bathroom sink ran brown. When I called the front desk the young lady was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. I was then placed in room 108 where there were crumbs in the chair the bathroom was covered in hair there was a dead bug on the stove the bed was covered in black chunks that left a spot when they were wiped off the walls were covered in different color spots. The room was never cleaned during the stay period .. the breakfast is pitiful (Cold coffee and paper satchets of oats, no milk and only warm water). The reception is never manned so anyone can walk directly into the hotel without a worry and so the security is meaningless.

Horrible Hotel was very dirty, parking lot was not safe. All night there was loud noise coming from the hallways and other rooms

Tisha did her best, but the property is in bad shape, dirty hallways, broken air conditioners, missing light bulbs, trash in all the hallways. We stayed for multiple nights and the elevator wasn't in operation for the entire stay. Desk Clerk was rarely at the deck, with a "I'll be right back" sign always on the counter. We saw several other people get pretty upset at this inconvenience when trying to check in. This is a 1 or 2 star property; don't pay more than $80/night- anything more and you're not looking hard enough.

Nasty I had roaches in my room and went to the front desk they didn’t even block the room off they gave me another room and still had the same issues. It must be normal for bugs because nobody seemed shocked. Or do anything to help calm the situation down
