Checked into the hotel. Toilet in first room was not working. Second room had not been visited by housekeeping after the previous guest. Third room was okay. Room was at the end of the hall. Window was cracked open for clandestine smoking, smell was obvious when not walking through, some tobacco smell seeped into this room (I am a non-smoker). Guest next door played loud music late at night. Dual bathroom tissue holders - one holding a roll with enough tissue for one wipe, other was empty (glad that I brought a spare roll). ... read more

Good location to interstate and shopping. The facility itself needs major upgrading. The units are not thoroughly cleaned between occupancy and are dingy. The water heater went out and it took 3 days to fix causing me to have to find other accommodations for a shower. Although the manager, Terence, was very pleasant and apologetic, it made for a miserable stay. SUGGESTION: clean the rooms more often during occupancy and after!
