I booked a studio room and the pictures did not match the room. The front desk placed the blame on Expedia using old photos.

Staff were nice and welcoming..but my gosh..the rooms were deplorable! The outside of the refrigerator was disgusting. Found a used comb in the bathroom. Room had a bad smell. Honestly will never stay at another Extended Stay

This was the worst! Room extremely dated, roaches in the room, heater broken and didn't work the first two days I was there. The window was not sealed so there was noise and cold air coming in. The bathroom was just as bad - pipes exposed in the shower. This does not deserve a 1 star review.

The room was very dated, with creepy crawlers this was a last minute booking for work. I couldn’t sleep thinking something would crawl on me. True definition you get what you pay for.
