The property was very outdated and not clean. It should be made clear as to what’s provided at an extended hotel and that the basics such as a coffee maker, sundries, plastic cups need to be requested. Just a bad experience.

Old worn, under staffed Not worth the price. This is a lousy hotel. We waited for 15 min with a group of others to check in. The poor young guy was working the whole hotel alone. He was front desk, maintenance etc. The rooms where old, dated furniture, the bath shoddy, and it was noisy.

Last. Choice The only way i. Stayed it was last choice allhotels was full in town for graduation the bathroom leaking water in shower knob off on dresser draws hair on floir in bathroom

Traveling w/a pet The stairway which you have to use when you have a pet staying with you was absolutely disgusting. It hasn't been swept or mopped in I have no idea how long. The room floor wasn't much better. No rugs which is understandable. Me and my boyfriend wore our flip flops while walking sround.

BEWARE WATCH FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES Was charged unauthorized charges due a policy that was NOT told to me before reserving this hotel. I’ve never experienced this before with any hotel I’ve book jus be careful and watch you card information with this hotel

back in the dark ages first they couldn't find our reservation. Then it took an hour to finally check us in.Front desk people nice, but that was it. Its extedned stay - NO utensils, dishes etc in room, you have to ask for them, not even a coffemaker. If you want clean anything, ie: towels, you have to bring the old down to the front desk to exchange for new. Ridiculous. not even a hair dryer. We will never stay in an extended america hotel ever again.

There was no hot water in multiple rooms and it was a cockroach in the sink
