Too much of a hassle

Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL My stay was horrible. The hotel did not offer the breakfast they advertised. Housekeeping stole money out of my room and the hotel was less than clean. I will never go back nor do I recommend anyone to stay here. You may fair better at the Holiday Inn next door.

Bed was cracking ,water takes too long to get hot Not happy about water and bet no coffee or cups not enough of soap

Would not recommend We were put in a pet room that smelled really strong of Dog urine. We asked several times to be moved to another room. The staff acted as if the entire hotel was booked and we could not be moved. They told us they would see what they could do (i.e. Nothing) we were also charged a fee of $15 that was not authorized after we had checked out. When calling the hotel to figure out what it was for, they said taxes. I'm still not sure what taxes considering we fully paid before check in.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke The front desk person was friendly and check-in was quick. Room was 419 (king bed) and it reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathtub was dirty (specks of dirt and hair), and towels were stained. When I spoke to the same front desk person and told them about the open window, they clearly knew about the smell and still gave us the room! just was not what I was expecting It is quite, but that is my only good thing to say about this place the hot breakfast consent of a pack of oatmeal or grits , a package muffin and coffee I opened the door to our room and the smell was hard to get use to some one had smoked in that room the beds are small hubby and I have to sleep in different beds the fan in the bathroom was so loud you could feel the vibes a small kitchen with no, no dishes, pots or pans not even a fork so why do you have the kitchen ,, odd so all in all I... read more
