Night staff was wonderful! Thank you to the night shift team!
Since we were only staying overnight I wish I had known that the normal shower stuff was not really provided. Had to wait until I drove over 4 hours to take a shower.

Run down and old property. Kitchenette in the room was empty. No pots, silverware. Useless. I needed a key replacement around 10pm and had to wait for the staff who was napping in the office to attend to me. Customer service needs improvement.
