The location was ideal! Everything we wanted to do was 4 minutes driving distance. The hotel room was clean and roomy. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Chicago!!! First time at extended stay. Building at this location was worn down but the service was great with accommodating my room. I booked a double bed and they exchanged it for two rooms due to not having it available. I appreciate them taking care of the problem overall.
