We stayed here while visiting family. The hotel was clean, the people were friendly, and the room had what we needed. If you want ice, you'll want to fill the trays in the freezer when you get there. It has easy access to the freeways.

Solid hotel Was hard to find in gps. Friendly staff, clean room, ac unit was loud but bearable. Can't beat it for the price

Way Nicer than you would think for the Price We were in Chicago for a getaway weekend/meeting and had booked a super saver rate so we did not know what we would be getting, just the general location, south of town near I-55. We got Extended Stay America at about 40% off their normal rate. Even at their normal rate they are a bargain. First, the only negative, and it is not the hotel's fault. Bare necessities-hotel friendly staff Only needed to stay for one evening. Hotel was a bit difficult to find off a frontage road as GPS did not recognize the odd address. With help from the locals I was able to find the hotel. Hotel average.

Nice area of Chicago Nice area. Hard to find with the directions given by mapquest. Hotel personnel said they are not on GPS?

Hard to find the location in gps Really it is hard to find the location of the hotel for the first time in gps. I went to another location of the same name hotel and they guide me to this hotel. But afterwards, i input the cross street in gps and i save it ( highway 55 and countryroad)in burr ridge city of il . Breakfast is grab and go, it means that you have to grab any thing from a little table ( fruit, coffe and muffine ) , no bread and cheese or butter , no egg no..... Burr Ridge - Extended Stay Burr Ridge is a very different Area - Nice area to be in but very expensive for everything but this lodging location. Burr Ridge keeps it that way. Assistance at the Hotel was excellent - Even the new trainee was knowledgeable and polite. Guest for the most part were friendly but normal.23 minutes to Downtown just off I-55. Great place to stay

Perfect location It was my first time at an Extended Stay. Loved the layout of room, kitchen, bed etc. Grocery, restaurants, other shopping across the road. Just off I55 so easy to find. Only a muffin and coffee in lobby for breakfast but okay as I travel with oatmeal and tea bags as my preference. No hair dryer in room, but available at desk. Everything else perfect.
