Solo trip to Chicago area for wedding I stayed at Extended Stay America for 4 nights while on a trip to attend a friend's wedding. I found the staff to be super friendly and personable! My room was clean and comfortable and had a small kitchen with a nice sized fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, and small sink. I was able to stock snacks, beverages, and leftovers/take-out in the fridge without having to cram everything into a mini fridge. Pots, pans, cookware, etc. is available if you ask for it. Over all good. Room was nice, full kit,confort was ok,bathroom was ok. The only thing is the breakfast was kinda weak sauce.

Ok last minute. Stayed here for 2 nights. The lady at the front desk was not very personable and both nights had dirty shirts on. (Stains all over them) very unprofessional look. The room was ok, had a very weird smell to it. Something not describable and not pleasant.

Title Very pleasant stay. Just had a little trouble finding the place. It is on a frontage road that winds around and the sign is almost covered by bushes.

One night okay We liked the fact it was close to Chicago for a concert and easy to find. One night was enough because the fridge was so loud coming on and going off we didn't sleep too well. Also a dirty mildew washcloth was left on shower rod. Yuck!

Good budget Coffee was removed at 1159 on the dot, no possible room for flexibility. 4 people were waiting for taxis in the reception and were not allowed breakfast or even coffee because the set times had passed. The overly literal interpretation of the rules meant the receptionist would rather throw the coffee away than give it to the guests. A bit of a slap in the face

Worked perfectly for my business trip!
