Last minute grab Came here after discovering bed bugs elsewhere and not being accommodated at all. The night shift front desk guy was great. In the morning they helped me print tickets. Great experience. Clean rooms.

Easy to get to and cheaper than staying in Chi. We wanted a place to stay that was JUST outside the city and this was perfect and on the way back home. Arrived late and check-in took 30 seconds and we were set. If wanted to use any part of kitchen area, you do need to remember to ask for that or request when you book room I found out. We got to room and I was looking for coffee maker and needed to go back to front desk to get everything I needed.

ok, not great We arrived very late. The front desk gentleman was wearing basketball shorts with a button down shirt, however he was polite. The building is obviously worn down a bit. Most concerning was that my 10 year old son found an innapropriate item underneath the bed. Not cool.

4th of July getaway The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. My husband and I really needed to get way and burr Ridge was the perfect place to be.

Good Place to Stay, Nearly Impossible to Find Neither our GPS nor iPhone could match the address listed for the hotel. We were led downtown, finally had to call, and the kind staff person gave us the neighboring address, which worked. But we were twenty-two miles and one hour of thick traffic off course. The room was fine, and we slept well.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. There were plenty of shops and dining across the street. The hotel was nice and the staff were courteous.
