Checkin process easy and pleasant. Gene at front desk professional and nice. Breakfast promptly at 6am as indcated. Overall good experience.

Burr Ridge Hotel staff was great. Room was fine except the bed was too stiff. Breakfast was nothing exciting but appreciate something was offered. Location was very convenient for Brookfield zoo visit and trip into Chicago the next day.
The people were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is older and needs some TLC and a good cleaning.

House moveout We had to move out of or house while we had our wood floors stripped, sanded & stained plus all our walls painted. We wanted a hotel near our house so we could check on the progress, get our mail, etc. This hotel fit the bill. The hotel is built well as its next to I-55 and you can haerdly hear the traffic. Good stay and the staff is very courteous and helpful.
Clean I stay at a lot of ESA's and this was for sure one of the better ones in both cleanliness and room set up.
Some unfair review before Ok so I made a brutal mistake here, I first rated Extended Stay 1 star because I confused my emails, I meant the 1 star to the Chicago Congress, which looks like the Titanic after it sank and 100 years past. However Extended Stay room was clean, comfortable, I was not happy that the vending machine didn't have water but the man at the front desk gave me a free bottle of water anyway. Could it be better for the price? Sure, but it was good.
Would Stay Again Inexpensive, comfortable and nice staff.
Hotel chicago Good hotel to stay in Chicago Illinois. Good staff. Great breakfast.
