4th of July getaway The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. My husband and I really needed to get way and burr Ridge was the perfect place to be.
Good Place to Stay, Nearly Impossible to Find Neither our GPS nor iPhone could match the address listed for the hotel. We were led downtown, finally had to call, and the kind staff person gave us the neighboring address, which worked. But we were twenty-two miles and one hour of thick traffic off course. The room was fine, and we slept well.
The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. There were plenty of shops and dining across the street. The hotel was nice and the staff were courteous.

Just OK I booked a room here last minute and arrived pretty late at night. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned from the previous day. The bed was not made and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. I was assigned a new room without a problem. This room was clean and comfortable. It got a little noisy in the morning since the room was on the first floor not far from the front desk, laundry facilities, etc.. Aside from that, things were good. Good 2 Star Hotel On the surface the room looked clean and great, but found bathroom very small and kitchen with cabinets from the 70's (basic Home Depot quality) with Formica separating from pressed-wood underlay that had expanded from moisture/humidity. Although I was told the mattresses were new, ours felt very soft and didn't feel new because of that. For what we paid, I expected more of a breakfast than the "Grab and Go" that was offered. Unexpected good hotel Furniture was a bit worn and dated but otherwise I enjoyed it quite well.
